Below are the details and guidelines for renting our space:
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Rental Cost: $150.00
Deposit: A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining Balance is due the day prior to your event.
Access: Includes the dining area, the kitchen, ice machine, and speaker.
Times Available: Monday-Friday 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm. These times include your set up and clean up.
Space Accommodations: TThe shop will be closed to the public during your event. The event space can accommodate up to 30 guests. You are welcome to bring outside food and drinks for your event.
**Optional Add-On: Add optional barista for coffee sales during your party for $50.00.
Set-up and Clean-Up: The renter is responsible for removing all decorations, trash, and personal belongings, as well as all clean-up after the party. Belmont Coffee Co. clean-up list will be provided.

You can also come in the store anytime Monday-Friday between 8:30 am to 4 pm speak with Adrianna in person.
